Gif Construction Set Kopie als Freeware?

Hi,

kennt jemand ähnliche Programme wie Gif Construction Set, wo man Banner oder Avatare mit wechselndem Bild erstellen kann, als Freeware?

GIMP kann das. Einfach mehrere Layer (für jede Animationsphase einen) machen, als GIF speichern und das finetuning machen.

Export ist auch nach MNG möglich, auch wenn das Format nicht so besonders weit verbreitet ist.
