Ja, sehr gut, sehr gut. Besonders freue ich mich auf die Extras Warriors of Mars (Ice Warriors ) und Jon & Katy (eins meiner allerliebsten Doctor Who Gespanne). Und die Box ist nun auch schon seit 2 Wochen vorbestellt. ENDLICH mal wieder gute Folgen mit Jon Pertwee auf DVD.

Ach Quatsch. The Chase ist weniger unterhaltsam als vieles andere auch. Hey, Daleks auf der Mary Celeste! Das sollte man schon gesehen haben. *g*

Weiter geht es mit der Folge "DOCTOR WHO - THE MASQUE OF MANDRAGORA". Die erste Folge der Staffel 14 wurde von der BBC vom 04.09.1976 -25.09.1976 ausgestrahlt.

Ich habe schon die 14.staffel online gefunden im März/april rum und Überlege mir ob ich sie mir jetzt noch extra kaufen soll.

Immerhin ist mein lieblingscompanion sarah jane mit dabei. (Auch wenn ROSE meine number one 4 evaaaaaa bleibt)

Kann jemand mir sagen ob sich der kauf lohnt von der dvd box mit sarah jane ?

Und wird es noch eine DVD-Box mit den David Tennant specials 2009 geben ? oder sollte man sich die single dvd's jetzt lieber dazu kaufen ?

Kann jemand mir sagen ob sich der kauf lohnt von der dvd box mit sarah jane ?

Eine DVD-Box von der gesamten 14. Staffel gibt es nicht, nur Einzel-DVDs von The Hand of Fear, The Deadly Assassin, The Robots of Death und The Talons of Weng-Chiang.

Sarah Jane ist nur in der erstgenannten Folge mit dabei, da schickt sie der Doctor heim. Nach Assassin ist Leela die "Neue". Jedenfalls alles spitzen Folgen, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Ne dann denke ich werde ich auf den Kauf verzichten und Abwarten, ob sich mein Cousin sich die kauft. Weil der hatte die Dalek special DVD Box und The new beginning.
Wenn der die sich auch holt, guck ich ma mit rein und wenn es mir zusagt, kauf ich sie.

Ich mochte Leela nicht sonderlich. Sarah Jane war irgendwie cooler ^^

Hm, "The Key to Time" hat sich zum Glück gestern noch in der Packstation materialisiert, sodass ich schon drei Folgen davon sehen konnte.
Ich ärgere mich gerade darüber, dass auf jeder DVD in der Rubrik "coming soon" der Trailer zu "Planet of Evil" drauf ist. Was soll das? Die DVDs sind doch nur in der Gesamtbox erhältlich und werden das wohl auch immer sein, die haben ja nicht mal eine eigene EAN.

Ansonsten ist die Box natürlich recht nett (sowohl äußerlich: ein robuster Karton-Schuber als auch inhaltlich).

Jo, im Prinzip hätte es gereicht, den Trailer auf nur eine der DVDs zu packen, aber wieso nicht? Wenn man noch Platz hatte und unbedingt noch nen Trailer drauf packen wollte, und nur den einen hatte, ... na ja. Und soooo wichtig sind coming soon Trailer doch nun auch nicht, oder?

Bin übrigens mal gespannt wann jetzt wirklich die Kamelionbox rauskommt. Die ist zwar eh vorbestellt aber stand ja ne Weile auf amazon als nur vorbestellbar ohne Erscheinungstermin drinne, seit die Box verschoben wurde. Die Tage habe ich dann ne Mail bekommen, dass man sie jetzt für Juni erwartet. Schön wär's ja. Hat da sonst noch jemand was zu gehört?

Der coming soon-Trailer zu "Planet of Evil" dürfte sich dadurch erklären, dass man die "Key to Time"-Box wiederaufgelegt hat. Bestimmt ändert man hier nicht das Bonusmaterial ab und spielt einen neuen Trailer ein.

Und mal ganz ehrlich: Wer hätte sich "K9 & Company" freiwillig gekauft?

Hmm, die Veröffentlichungspolitik von 2|entertain kann man nicht immer ganz nachvollziehen. Die Tardis-Wkipedia listet die Box für den 07.06.10.
Play.com, amazon.co.uk und hmv.com haben das Datum ebenfalls auf ihren Websides veröffentlicht.

The travellers are forced to flee in the TARDIS when they learn from the Time/Space Visualiser taken from the Moroks' museum that a group of Daleks equipped with their own time machine are on their trail with orders to exterminate them.

The Time Monster

Featuring: Jon Pertwee as The 3rd Doctor

UNIT is called into monitor the initial trials of a device called TOMTIT - the Transmission Of Matter Through Interstitial Time - at the Newton Institute at Wootton. Created by the enigmatic Professor Thascales, TOMTIT's demonstration causes unexpected time anomalies.

At the heart of TOMTIT is an ancient crystal, which the Master hopes to use to gain control over Kronos - a Chronovore which feeds on time itself. But the stone he holds is only part of the sacred crystal of Kronos - the main crystal is hidden...

The Doctor and the Master journey back in time to the lost city of Atlantis, where the battle for the control of Kronos intensifies. But can the Doctor prevent the Time Monster from being unleashed?
